Our commitment

BANGE exists to make functional, durable gear — and to make it honestly. The way we source, build, market and support our products matters as much to us as the products themselves. This code sets the standards every BANGE team member and manufacturing partner is expected to uphold.

Authentic products only

Buying directly from the BANGE Official Store guarantees genuine products and verified after-sales support. We cannot guarantee the authenticity, quality or warranty of items sold by unauthorized third-party sellers.

If you are unsure whether a seller is authorized, contact us before you buy. We would rather answer a question than see you receive a counterfeit.

Fair and safe manufacturing

We work with manufacturing partners who share our standards for fair pay, safe conditions and lawful working hours. We do not tolerate forced labour, child labour or unsafe workplaces anywhere in our supply chain.

  • Partners are selected for verified compliance and audited on an ongoing basis
  • Working conditions must meet or exceed local labour law
  • Any partner found in serious breach is given a corrective window — or dropped

Materials and the environment

We design bags to last, because the most responsible product is the one that does not need replacing. Beyond durability, we are expanding recycled materials and reducing packaging waste across the range. Our full approach is documented on our Sustainability page.

Honest marketing

We describe our products as they are. Specifications, capacities, materials and water-resistance claims are stated accurately, and we do not use misleading imagery, fake urgency or invented reviews. If we get something wrong, we correct it.

Your privacy

We collect only the information needed to process your order and improve your experience, and we never sell your personal data. You stay in control of your communication preferences and privacy choices at all times.

Fair dealing

We compete on the merit of our products. We do not engage in bribery, corruption or anti-competitive conduct, and we expect the same integrity from every partner who works with us.

Speaking up

If you believe any part of this code has been broken — by an employee, a partner or a seller claiming to represent us — tell us. Reports are taken seriously and handled confidentially.
